What could be more important? Take care of your system; it will be the only one you obtain. It could last well past a century of vitality and wellness. Here are a few things we can do each day:
1. Make one better decision in what you eat. Drop the sugar or salt you usually add to your food. Enjoy one less beer, or another helping of fiber or greens. Move away from white flour. Stop buying the things at the food store that will not support your quality of life. If they usually are not inside kitchen, you are not as planning to eat them. 2. Drink more water. Put a gallon of water within the refrigerator to make it your goal to take it daily.
3. Add yet another physical exercise. Walk the stairs instead of using the elevator. Walk on the mailbox. Hire a personal trainer. Stretch. Do something fun and physical each day.
4. Take time for it to relax … even twenty minutes every day can produce a difference. Give yourself permission to lie inside the hammock or require a quiet bath.
